GRC Annual Dinner & Awards 2024

As always, this is a fantastic way to celebrate the season. Last year's feedback for La Reunion was so incredible that we are delighted they are able to host us again this year. Your ticket includes a fabulous 3 course meal and the menu is listed below for your perusal. Starters

• Soup of the Day (vg) (gf)
• Twice Baked Cheese Souffle (v) - watercress, pesto dressing, pickled apple, walnuts, parmesan
• Smoked Mackerel Pâté (gf) - compressed cucumber, dill emulsion, lemon, watercress, toast
• Chicken and Ham Hock Terrine (gfo) - shallot jam, pickled girolle mushrooms, mustard mayonnaise
• Vegetable Gyoza (vg) - wakame, ginger and lemongrass broth

Mains

• Fillet of Beef (gf) - roasted baby carrots, potato and sage rosti, kale, jus
• Fillet of Seabass (gf) - honey glazed hasselback potatoes, pea puree, sauteed peas, leeks and broad beans, mussels in a lemon and chive butter
• Butternut, Wild Mushroom, Goat's Cheese and Herb Risotto (gf) (vg) - toasted hazelnuts, parmesan, crispy kale
• Roasted Cornfred Chicken Breast (gf) - herb mash, tenderstem broccoli, roasted squash, mushroom sauce

Desserts

• Raspberry Parfait - Italian meringue, lime sponge, glazed peach
• Mint Choc Chip Brownie Sundae - whipped cream, mint chocolate sauce, white chocolate ganache, vanilla ice cream
• Strawberry Eton Mess - meringue, passion fruit mousse, strawberry sorbet
