Concept 2 Erg Explained

Learn how to set up your Concept 2 Erg to get the most out of your training sessions. Understand force curves, drag factors and more. This session will be led by British Rowing Level 3 Coach Lloyd Le Page. It will take place in the Club Room at the Guernsey Yacht Club. While there will be the opportunity to jump on the erg machine and try out settings, this is primarily a learning session not a rowing session.
